How do I do a screenshot and put links in boards threads?

It is possible to do a screenshot and putting it in a thread?? I can only get as far as PrtSc part. How do you put a link into a word? For example, on some threads I saw people writing click "here", and by clicking on the here you would go to a link. Cheers.
