Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've already posted this in insurance but maybe the good folk of motors might be able to help too! Basically this is my issue. Is there anything that I can do? I want to ring back Axa but I'd like to have my facts straight first. Any help and advice appreciated!

Unless AXA can dig out a recording of the conversation in which they agreed to cover the new car I don't think there's anything you can do. I know it's a bit late now, but never buy a car until you have it in writing that you can insure it at a price that you're happy with.

They said they could if I had the name of the person I was speaking to and the date but I can't remember that. I would have gotten the insurance only I didn't have the car at the time, hence I got the car after under the impression it could be insured.

If you go through your phone bill you should at least be able to find out the time and date of the call.
