Best hairdressers for stripping hair?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a hairdresser in the city that would strip hair? It's a last resort as no dye at all will take to my hair because I've made it so dark :( terrified it will be messed up, any suggestions greatly appreciated :)

I'd recommend Richie Hannigan in Newport Tce just off Barrack St

I don't know about stripping hair but I got my hair done by Jessie in Envy only recently and it's the happiest I've been with my hair since I moved down here (and away from my hairdresser of 6 years in Dublin). I know they do hair extensions etc. in there so maybe they strip hair as well.
