Dishwasher leak

Hi, The underside of my dishwasher is leaking. I located the leak to be a small split on the rubber connecting the base to the drain pump. Can this be repaired (D.I.Y.) ?? I dont want to have to replace the pump because of a small rubber split. Thanks
