Hilux problem

Hi all, I have a Hilux (06 new type) which was parked up for 4 weeks and running perfect when left. I started her up today no problem, but she will not rev and will only drive along at walking pace with foot to the floor. Any ideas ?
I'm no mechanic but it must be something to do with the engine management system, right ? Problem is (outside of being broke) that my local Toyota garage will not even service her as she is a Vigo import. It never really bothered me too much as gen servicing etc is straight forward and easy done. I know I could push it and prob force them to do so, but I think they would just bend me over if I did. Sure don't they already do that, price wise
Anyway just wanted to see if anyone here had a similar problem before, and if so how was it sorted and how much (ball park).

    Thanks

Any recommendations in west Dublin area ?
    Thanks again

That's bad news. If you haven't had a recommendation on here shortly I'll shift this over to the main Motors forum where you'll definitely get one.

Turbotechnics in the UK want around £700 + VAt for a recon turbo. http://www.turbotechnics.com/docs/catalogue.pdf
