Volvo Ocean Race 2012 private accommodation wanted/offered

The Volvo Ocean Race Festival will take place from 30th June - 8th July 2012, when a fleet of up to 12 Volvo 'Open 70' class boats will arrive at Galway Docks.
For the VCR this year hotels etc will be pricey so this thread is for asking or offering rooms or house for boards members (like we've done for Galway Races in the past).

Now anyone can ask for a place but only established members have the option to offer a room/house/flat.
By established I mean >200 posts on boards or membership older than April 2011.
If anyone less than established offers a place their post will be deleted.
For non-established members I suggest trying www.daft.ie, www.adverts.ie or similar sites.

Biko, could I make a suggestion that you include in your post a 'no bitching thread' - Prices will be high no matter what, the last thing we need is someone ranting & raving about 'Ripoff Ireland' etc.

There will be a price; the punter has a choice to take it or leave it, simples. If you're not happy, vote with your feet and go elsewhere

I have 3-bedrooms available in Galway for Vovlo Ocean Race (2 double, one en-suite, 1 single). Electric shower. Extra WC downstairs. 20-minute walk from Salthill. 40-minute walk to Spanish Arch. On good bus route. Parking.

This is a beautiful period house in Salthill that is currently been renovated.
There's 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a large newly installed bathroom with period style furnishings.
Downstairs there one bedroom, a living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, garage and another bathroom.
There's a large private back garden with BBQ, and garden furniture.
All the bedrooms have double beds.
There's private parking for one car, and ample parking for more on street.
Location wise the house is on the town side of Salthill,
2 minutes from Salthill Promenade,
about 3 minutes from the centre of Salthill,
and about 20 minutes walk (5 minute drive) from Galway city centre/docks.
