Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Fairly clueless in this area so apologies in advance...basically my setup in my sitting room is - I have a 47 inch Philips hd ready tv, 4 years old at this stage..I have a bdp Philips Blu ray player and a standard sky plus box... I find sound from tv really poor especially voice both on blu ray and when watching sky..
Would a decent surround sound system improve this ?

Could someone recommend me a standard system?

Does surround sound system connect to tv or blu ray or both ?

I also have iPhone and iPod do would be nice if could play music from these on surround system but this wouldn't be too important

Also just to mention I don't have any cabling running around room so solution would have to be wireless or blu tooth or similar..I have sockets around the room so power shouldn't be a problem as regards placement of devices...

    Thanks for any advice
    F
