maintenance Grant

    I am currently doing a level 7 degree in GMIT Castlebar, i,am also getting the "back to education allowance and the"adjacent maintenance grant". i,am considering doing an " add-on level 8 in Galway(similar course) 2012-2013.
    Question. Would i be considered a "postgraduate" and would this effect my maintenance grant.

    No - postgraduate is level 9 or above

    I think that you may not be able to hold onto both the BTEA and maintenance grant but I'm not entirely sure.

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
