yes the Child needs every support that can be given. Does the money go to the family?

I suppose we are no Saints,, I don't think the mother wanted this for her child.. But her actions before the accident (not having the car insured, not strapping on the child correctly) does not shine a good light.

Do how is the 11.5 million euros spent... Is it given to the family?

Just for anyone else reading this in this forum and not following the link:

The system used in court saw the case taken by the child's grandfather - against Ms Kennedy. The money will be lodged in court to be managed for Cullen's benefit.

Typical of the Indo to only give the facts that it wants to be controversial.
