Polytunnel prices go from 400-500 upwards. There are many suppliers so shop around. Bear in mind that what most people offer is a stack of bars and plastic which get plonked in your garden, so you need to figure how you are going to erect it, make and add a door and so on.

Steer clear, they are affectionately known as 'blow-aways'. You need to go for the real deal or do a DIY job ...

Jesus i didn't think the cost would be that high, maybe a Diy job maybe an option?some sturdy 2x4 covered in polythene?im sure the cost would be much lower?im sure I've seen greenhouses in argos at similar prices

i think that might have something to do with the prevailing winds in the area you may reside

Nope, they are just not sturdy enough. Regardless of shelter there will always be a storm and they always get wrecked. I looked into these before starting my own and there are tons of nightmare stories out there. They are infamously light-weight. Tunnels are relatively expensive for a good reason (although far cheaper than a greenhouse).
You can of course modify them and make them more sturdy but be under no illusion that they will last in their off the shelf state.

    +1 ^

Bought exact same one and it lasted all of 3 weeks, the framework is too light and buckles under minimal abuse. Useless, unless you want a big kite! :)
