Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I bleach the ends of my hair as its dark and I like to dip dye it. I've seen some of you recommend using coconut oil and then bleach to protect the hair I've never done it but it sounds like a brilliant idea and I'd like to do it before I next dye my hair as I am always worried about destroying the ends with bleach.
What's the best coconut oil to buy? I live near a Tesco and boots is there anything in either that I could buy and use? Thanks

i bought mine in the Health food store in Dundrum shooping centre on the top floor beside Easons but i'd say most Health Food Stores would have it. Its in a jar, and costs around 6 or 7 euro:) lasts for ages tho
