Excess ring.

Hi all, I have recently dropped from 18.5 stone to 13 stone through diet and exercise. All going great. However there is now an excess ring of loose skin where the fat used to be around my tummy/ belly button area. Is there any way I can get rid of this? Any advise would be appreciated.....
