Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wireless personal hotspot issue

Just recently I find myself unable to connect my laptop wirelessly via my iPhone 4. I've never had any issues before.

I changed by password for a friend to use it and ever since then my laptop doesn't seem to connect. I've tried establishing a new connection on the laptop but it still won't connect and troubleshooting is no help. I have tried to change the password back to what I think was the original but still no joy.

Do people think this is a laptop or iPhone issue? I may try and restore the phone but now I'm thinking maybe its the laptop being unable to connect as the password was changed.. however I get no opportunity to enter the password on the laptop.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Turns out the laptop had to be configured to recognise the password change. Thanks for the reply!
