Yes, with fearsome regularity...like hot needles...rubbing/stroking/massage doesn't help - much to Mr R's great disappointment.

I get stabbing pains in mine, like someone stabbing me with an ice pick over and over. Sometimes I double over in pain and it hurts that much I can't breath.

It comes and goes I mightn't get the pain for months and it will hit me over 3 days then go away for a few months..
