Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you think that the boards Legal Discussion forum charter is actually sincere? They basically say that they can't offer legal advice unless you put "if" in front of what you are going to say.

I think that they want to give legal advice for real situations but they are just using the "it has to be a hypothetical question" idea to cover themselves. Its hardly just a forum for discussing the legalities of what could happen.
