The Performance and fitness Academy is brilliant and a Lot of the work is Kettle bell based but also mobility and conditioning , Im down over 8 Kg myself in 6 weeks with them

Anyone have a good recommendation for a KB supplier? I know elverys have the 12/16, looking for a little heavier.

This guy is in Athgarvan and really good. He also does the Bulgarian sand bags as well as kettle bells.
