    Hi,

Just looking for advice from someone a bit more experience.

If I fit the polyiso between the studs nice and tight. There's no need for anything extra. Just plasterboard over ?

If there was a few air gaps left from say unstraight cuts of the foam . Would it make a huge difference ,

well the whole point of insulation is to keep the heat in,so any gaps would let the heat out....fill the gaps with off cuts and twill be grand
