Home move meter trouble

    Hi

    We moved home 5 days ago, read the meter when we first got to our new home, We are after losing the readings for gas and electricity, we received a letter asking us to contact electrical ireland to setup a new account

    Will they have the readings from the account that was closed ? ? ?

    what do i do now ?

    Hi moralproduction,

    No panic, I'll have a look at it for you. :)

    Usually the outgoing occupants will have taken a reading for their final bill. In the worst case scenario, we can work out a plausible estimate for you.

    If you send me whatever details you do have by PM, we can take it from there.
