Hi fmul9798,

I'm very sorry to hear that.

To have the account put in your mother's name, she would need to contact us, either by email or phone (1850 372 372). Lines are open 8am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

Alternatively, if you would like to put the account in both yours and your mother's name, just PM me the details you do have (there's a rundown here of what we normally require to register an account) and we can take it from there.
