Connection has been dodgy for a few weeks

This just tested now, pings have gone from consistantly 50/60 to 100+ everytime, download has gone from consistantly 6mb to anything ranging from 2-5, upload rarely gets up to 0.4 anymore. Can anybody help me with this?

I tried tech support and heres a copy of my conversation with your amazing employees:

Tech support woman (who was ridiculously narky from the start) asks me to do a speedtest. I do the speedtest and say '135 ping, that's crazy high'
Tech support woman: 'That's fine'.
Me: 'Well it really isn't'
Tech support woman: 'I've seen a lot worse'.
Me: 'That doesn't make it fine though'.
Tech support woman: 'I never said it was fine'
Me: 'You just did two seconds ago'
She hangs up.
