Health Club at Ambassador Hotel?

Anyone have any experinces of the Health Club at the Ambassador Hotel? There is very little on the website. I'm lookin at joining a gym/health/leisure center somewhere in that area. I was in the one in the Montonette Hotel but I found it too busy and the changing rooms too small.
