I'm brand agnostic. I'm not a fan of any of them. I have basic functions I need a phone to fulfill and will got with whoever fills that best. Hence I watching to see what the latest offering is.

I'm unimpressed by this as I reckon S2,S3 and One S/X are superior. For my needs.

I intend to get an S2 since I don't like the size or expense of S3, One X

Disappointing I have to say.

I expected that Apple might have solved one of the common problems of smartphone usage (like battery life not quite lasting a day with any kind of decent usage or some kind of new camera like the Lumia 920).

I get over a day from my 4.
Bluetooth on 24/7
All notifications on push.
WiFi on from 5pm till mid night

decent amount of texting a few calls.

Apple complies with the policy.
They will probably have an adapter.
The 4S has a mini-usb to dock connector adapter.
You don't need the port on the phone to comply, you can include an adapter
