Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

In a dream last night I was cracking my knuckles, surprisingly, after a google search its evident that no-one else has ever, ever had a dream in which knuckles were cracked. Now I'm really freaked out and afraid to go to bed. Can anyone shed light on this unique experience?, I'm awful tired and could do with a bit of kip...

Yes. I'm sorry, but whatever it is, it's terminal.

Dreams don't mean anything, they are the way the brain organises memories. More then likely you were cracking your knuckles going to bed, perhaps you were lying on your hand awkwardly or you may have seen a friend do it or someone on tele.

In genera it means nothing. So don't bother consult the oracle at Dephi.

When the ancient wise sage Ping Pong awoke, he wondered, was I just dreaming of cracking my knuckles..? or am I now dreaming that I dreamt that I cracked my knuckles when I actually did crack my knuckles..?

So, he logged onto After Hours & asked others...

After three pages, not one reply mentioned his ma or piss-blasting.

Ah! said Ping Pong, it is now that I am dreaming!

At that very moment, he was site-banned for linking to porn in a thread about hand tools over in DIY.

Dreaming of cracking ones knuckles has long been known as a sign of someone needing a good nights sleep.

    Go to bed OP.

The knuckles represent knees as your fingers are legs.

What your subconscious is trying to tell you is that instead of forgiving people that wrong you, you should knee cap them instead.

You're a naughty, naughty boy, and that's concentrated evil coming out the back of you.

I believe that dream is a precursor to anal prolapse.

As a qualified psychoanalyst, I can say that a dream of cracking knuckles means you are irreparably psychologically damaged and should probably seek a career in the entertainment industry. I'll PM my invoice.

Stress. Think and concentrate of being in the Bahamas 15 minutes before you go to sleep and visualize this untill you fall asleep and you will remove the stress. Always works. :o

Just be thankful you didn't have a dream where you were riding your sister.
