Is the farmer's market gone from the Meridian Centre? I can't remember it being there last year, only a smaller market outside the Beach House. Is that the case? Or is the market still in the Meridian on Satrudays and the market outside the beach house on Sundays? When do these markets start back up?

Don't think it has been there in about 2 or 3 years

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

I would love to see the farmers market back open again ..
I don't know why it disappeared, was it bad business or something else ?

For a real farmers market try Newcastle on a Saturday morning 10.30 - 12.30, fresh eggs and vegetables, wonderful bread and cakes, handknits and usually plants as well - all well made and well priced, no over priced junk!

If you want eggs go to the lovely family who own the farm just passed entrance to Eden Wood.
