KC and Kiely up the pace - 38:06 at 10k

    Bang on 2:40 pace

I don't really like the celeb half marathoner running with the pack, but the men are under WR pace right now. Maybe everyone will up their game? Not likely, but the second half will be very interesting.

The Farah obsession on BBC is irritating. Finding it encouraging that he can run at world record pace (when they're just after the 10k point). FFS

Yeah I agree but its understandable, if we had an Irish athlete of that profile the mass media reaction here would be similar. Still highly irritating. He's already won the thing in 2014 for feck sake!!

    Whats RQ's bib number

I hope when Farah makes his exit, it is discreet and not a kick to lead the race and then drop out.

Alternatively I hope he pushes on to 14 miles just to hear Foster and Cram get over-excited that he's going to run the full thing

they should have had him as a pacer instead of giving him a number

Kiely through 15k at 56.55 (on 2:40 pace). Someone has deleted all KC's splits
