    25-30k is a tough stretch in London. After the excitement of Tower Bridge, you're into the relative calm around Docklands before hitting Canary Wharf where you turn for home. Takes focus.

    I'm enjoying these updates :) I'd like to see KC kick on a little bit though and I think he will. He's very tight regards 2.40. I'd be disgusted if he missed it.

    His last 5k split was his fastest. Reads like a very solid block pacing-wise.
