    Village Runner having a tough time (projected finish now out to 3:03)

    Robin has had a tough 5k up to the 35k split, and is now projected slightly over 2:55

    Ian thru 40k - lost 15 secs last 5k. 2:37:04 Target. Comon Ian did deep for those 26.2 x 5:59's

    Gary still sub 2:39. Brilliant pacing

    Meno another in the 22's but only just.... Sub 3 not on at this so let's hope he can keep up the pace and get that sub 3.05
