Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It's a bunch of women celebrating an All-Ireland win.

    The squad car was giving an escort where a few of the players sat in it........or outside it.

    2FM have been onto the girl who posted it up looking for a scoop asking her if a Garda was actually driving the car :pac:

    looks like to me, one of the kids hanging out the windows dad is the local cop. Hes working while the kids County GAA match final is on. He calls down to the pitch or the field. Kids team wins GAA final. Dad(cop) drives them round the roads hanging out the window with the cup beeping the horn in a cavalcade...This happens in the country. Ive seen it and been part of it :D

    They're not Gardaì.

    They're women celebrating an All-Ireland win and the squad car was giving them an escort. The picture was taken from the team's bus behind the car where some of the team were sitting in it.

    Piss poor journalism.

    They have been caught obviously with that picture. Now you have to wait for justice to prevail i.e. investigation, charges etc. When that is completed and and a decision has been made then please commence your moaning if it's required/justified

    There's no proof whatsoever that this is a genuine photo. If anything, they all look like teenagers, so it's most likely a stunt from the next series of Love/Hate as mentioned in the Metro.

    "The witnesses on the bus"? Did you speak to them?

    The lack of any kind of motion blur (look at the lines nearest the bottom of the picture) on what is clearly a very poor camera (and thus would suffer very badly from motion blur) would indicate to me that both the bus and the car are stationary.

    Yawn, garda bashing in AH, we've fulfilled the quota for this week and it's only Tuesday
