Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know if a judegment made on PI to a minor through the IB and is approved by the courts, the parent/guardian can 'get the cheque'? Or are all minor payments kept in trust until 18, no questions (other than payments for expenses).

Just trying to understand how rigid it is.

    thanks! :)

It is very strict. Apart from a few hundred euro at the time of settlement to buy a present all the money is paid into court every payment out of it has to be justified and vouched. It is not the parents money!
