    first: there is no SEO Optimization, as SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, there is no such thing as Search Engine Optimization Optimization :)

    second: there is no order in your list. You must start somewhere and end at a certain point when talking about analysis and on-page changes. You first research the strings (extracted + suggested), analyse the competition, create the site information structure (how link juice passes from a page to another one, page level & page importance in the structure etc), create the content and so on.

    There is way too much info to be discusses in one simple post.

    Footer links are not effective anymore after google update, as it was heavily abused webmasters started sponsoring word press templates and when someone uses it bring thousand of automated links so google has to take some steps. Even i have also used that trick once to rank one of websites but it's ineffective now so i hardly spend on footer links.
