Right have sent out invites to everyone, league is full. Anyone who was in last year won't receive invite as you're already in. Just waiting on Perrin to accept invite

So just need draft date now, and suggestions for any changes to rosters, scoring drafting etc.
Will do up a poll based on any suggestions

Personally due to the size of the league (18 teams) I would be in favour of 2 WR instead of 3, and auction as opposed to snake draft.
Think auction makes things fairer as everyone has a crack at each player, how good your team is is not so dependant on draft position.
Makes the draft much more fun, and keeps the interest as it can be a long wait if you're at either end of the draft.

All 18 teams have signed up to the league so have put together a poll for the year for any rule changes.

Most of the votes are pretty much decided, but a couple of close ones.

Would like to get this bit done ASAP so we can decide the league structure and start the prep.
So to stop us waiting and waiting, will put a deadline of this Sunday, 4th August.

Will close the poll then and announce results next Monday.

2 WR (10-3 vs. 3 WR)
NO Keepers (8-5 vs. YES)
NO Injured Reserve (7-6 vs. 1 IR)
6 Playoff Teams (9-4 vs. 4 Teams)

*To make this work with 18-teams have scrapped divisions, so we'll all play 13 regular season games, and top 6 make playoffs. Top 2 get a bye

No idea how an auction draft works so this should be good

Seeing as it some people are unfamiliar with Auction format, have done up a quick list based on ESPN ranks.
Used their 'Custom Dollar Value Generator' by plugging in our league's settings (teams, roster size, scoring, etc.) to give everyone a rough estimate of values based on the $200 budget we will be using.

Hopefully will be useful as a starting point when doing your prep.

Good work, everyone should do at least one mock auction before the draft, it's completely different to a snake draft.

Try not to blow your cash too soon on one or 2 players and then be stuck with rubbish later on.

Good fun though.

Haven't had a chance to look at that yet.
Will be re-doing it so no-one has a bye and shouldn't play same person twice

Have fixed the schedule, no byes and no-one playing same team twice.
Their will be 4 random teams that you do not get to play, but that's just because of the size of the league.

Have set up a poll for the draft date. Will do it in the last few days before regular season, see which day suits everyone best.
No need to complete right away as not everyone will know exactly what they'll be doing a month from now.

Will set a deadline of Friday 30th August to complete.

I'm not sure it will allow you to select Thursday 5th for the draft as that is when the first game is on.

Certainly won't on NFL.com.

ESPN site allows it. Kickoff not till 01:30 Friday our time anyway
