    So in simple dummies guide language;

    The creche owe money to a number of people inclulding, and probably the largest amount, to the revenue.

    So are they still open?
    What will the creditors meeting achieve?

    If the company own the premises then there is an asset there that could be sold and used to pay off the creditors.

    However, it's likely there's a mortgage on the premises so what will the creditors get if its wound up, damn all I'd imagine.

    Just thinking out loud.

    At the end of the day, there's an owner/s, there's staff there, there's kids that are in most likelihood happy, so this isn't good.

    If the place closes, or is closed it could sit empty for quite a while and we all know what happens to empty premises.

    However, you can't run a business and not pay your bills.

    This creche closed down overnight...leaving people in the lurch and no doubt out of pocket...having paid creche fees up fornt.
    As such, anyone who's owed money is a creditor.
    The company did not own the premises...they leased it from Durkan residential who built it.

    There are new tennants in there now running a totally seperate business.
