Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

need a solicitor with neg equity/banks experience??

    Hi,can anyone reccommend a solicitor who has experience with dealing with negative equity+banks?mortgage was v tight when i first bought the house in the boom. The mortgage has gone up and my wages have been cut so i had to move out,rent house out and also pay money towards the mortgage...im living with a friend and paying rent. I want to pay my mortgage but cant afford to add to the rent that tenents are paying. would love to get a name of solicitor that could give me some advice, Thanks...
