Going to build a computer for my brother when he get's his money in order next week.
Not going to get a graphics card at the moment but I want a 550watt psu for future upgrades, & a good case also.
Maybe an ssd also if budget allows.
Don't need windows at the moment, we want to have a go at hackintosh also so the parts must be compatible with os x.

You most likely won't find someone to spec you a hackintosh build, the above website seems to be the go-to place for that.

You won't get a 500gb HDD and case for €50, you may need to expand your budget a bit

Drop to a non k version of the 2500 (or some other i5 quad core) and cut back on the motherboard unless you plan overclocking. SHould gain you some cash to put back into case etc.

Not all MB's will work when building a Hackintosh. You really need to go over to the website linked and find out what hardware they used to get OS X to work. They've have builds over there that they have tried and tested. It will be a lot easier on you to copy one of their's then getting a recommendation here.

The cpu & the motherboard are compatible, they are the only parts that make a difference as far as I know. I was on that website & did research the builds.

Didn't see second page. That is a good MB if you plan on upgrading/overcloking but to overclock you need a CPU with a k after it like the 2500K

Yeah i know I am going to overclock in future. And i need hd 3000 graphics if i ever want to have a hackintosh so need the i3-2105

That's good then. I didn't realize that you were still planning to build a hackintosh you still need to find a compatible ATX motherboard then.

And you can't overclock that cpu.

If you aren't going to build a hackintosh then you might as well get a decent gaming system for windows 7 for about 600-700

there are two mice. Not sure about the graphics card probably not full settings though.

Radeon HD6850. Probably the best one you can get for that price or the 6870 for 30 euro more if you are willing to drop down the case but HD 6850 will probably play it on Full settings. And you could play new enough games at medium to low settings too.
