Something to cover neck and chest when running

just wondering if anyone could recommend something other than a scarf to keep my neck and chest covered when I'm running - I'm currently using a scarf, but wondering if there's anything purpose made, I suffer from chest infections, so early morning running at the moment is causing some difficulty (without a scarf)......
