Hi all-just a quick question....My father in his late 70s has a prostethic limb which needs a new insert because the old one is causing pain and discomfort so the company who are hired for such things _mobility Matters_ gave him a letter for his GP, who then writes his own letter and sends both for approval. My dad has a medical card but the GP is charging 20 euro for the letter and this has never happened before--I find it appalling that a disabled man in his late 70s should have to pay this 20 euro when he has a medical card. Has anyone else had this problem?
    Thanks..
