    Any idea how long it takes for a personal injury claim to be completed and how much the average payout is ?



    I needed back surgery after a fall on the public road during the snow and i am still receiving treatment from doctor

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone know how much you can receive for a claim against Dublin Corp

    I know its a large question:

    I fell into a hole in the road over 1 year ago after the snow I have had to have back surgery since and am still receiving medical treatment for the pain-

    I know there is a site were you can look up the average payout by body part but was wondering if anyone real experience of the system.

    Believe it or believe it not its a real claim and I am not taking the piss

    :)
