Hp disk images

Picked up a HP SFF PC and theres disk images on the D partition. Seem to be only tools etc. And a restore for wiping C. There doesn't seem to be a disk image for windows so I can create a back up disk. Or is there? Not that familar with these rescue restore partitions, I usually wipe them.
