Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Paris in the spring. You can't beat it. Well maybe by going to the Ibiza opening parties, that would probably beat it!

    what box set?

box sets can be amazing, or ****

if i had to go home to a box set right now, it would have to be dexter or the wire, or for some proper hard core box setting, it would have to be the soparanos

True Blood has turned into a huge disappointment. The first season was great fun but it goes to hell after that. All the humour is gone and Bill and Sookie are possibly the two most annoying characters EVER to appear on television. If you haven`t already then check out Breaking Bad. You`ll thank me. It`s magic.

First series was great. Been shite ever since - they even turned Eric into a goon during the last one.

Absolutely. Don`t think I`ll bother with the next season at all. If there is one that is.

I know I get that feeling with it alright. Loved Season 1.. Season 2 was ok. but this is just atrocious altogether. Still.. must see it through.

    Sookie
    being a fairy
.. was an extremely low point...

Eric was a great dark character in the opening season. but now...

They killed Loreta... who was a pointless character but looked really good :)

    Spoilers FFS..

.. but while we're at it, that plot twist of Eric actually swapping bodies with James Van Der Beek was just bee-zarre!

PS - True Blood will continue, albeit not nearly as entertaining as it once was, for another 3 - 4 years (just like Dexter).. although it won't have Alan Ball as showrunner.

Fiona Shaw was in season 4 as Marnie... an appearance in season 5 is unlikely.
