Ebay and Paypal

    If i sell a lot of items on Ebay and i am paid through Paypal,

    Am i liable for tax when my payment is made into my Bank Account,

    REvenue will never tax you unless u declare it or someone declares it for you

    No, but if you sell lots of items Revenue may consider you a trader and you will should make an annual Form 11 return.

    how do revennue get your details from do they ring pay pal or ebay

    i did get a phone call from ebay asking me was i a trader but i said i was just selling my own stuff ??
