I'd often be listening to some people, and what they have done throughout their lives, and can hear myself thinking 'yeah, that's something I'd love to do sometime in my life'

There are many, but for me, two things stand out:

1.Shark Diving (when you're in a cage, and lowered down to see those amazing creatures)

    2.Climb Kilimanjaro

    Everything (Barbra Striesend )

I’d like to plan a city, play the cello
Play at monte carlo, play othello
Move into the white house, paint it yellow
    Speak portuguese and dutch
And if it’s not too much
I’d like to have the perfect twin
One who’d go out as I came in
I’ve got to grab the big brass ring
    So I’ll have everything (everything)

I enjoy mountaineering and have been on several expeditions throughout Europe. I enjoy hill walking and trekking also, I'm lucky enough to live near the Slieve Blooms so I've ample facility to indulge my hobby.

One of the jobs i did in NZ was to prepare a ship called the Tangaroa for a trip to Antartica. They said i could go as a paying passenger if i paid them 8000NZD. I seriously thought about it but my wife was pregnant at the time and hadn't long to go. So in the end i bottled. But they gave me a cd of pics from the trip and man was it impressive! Two full blown storms on the way down. jaysus.

    Anyway, cool things to do:

    Antartica.
    Abseil down a cliff.
Drive a proper rally car or lets face it, be a passenger in a rally car driven by a pro.
Turn a few grand into millions. lol...i know!
Sail around the world. and enjoy the random pitstops!
    Scuba dive.
Walk on the moon......i would actually saw my right arm off with a hacksaw to do that. Afterwards of course!

I'll be telling my kids to live life and do ****. Life's too short.

I have enquired and I seen it for 4 grand, and then it depends on luck, you may get there but because it is the Antarctic and it has very unpredictable weather you may not be allowed land there. So its a risk. The trip I planned was, I would walk the Inca trail in Peru then get a cruise to the Antarctic. I was in a position to this in 2007 for 08 but then the banker **** fukced that up.

I suddenly thought it more prudent to hold onto my schillings. But I am still working, so maybe i should have went, but I have not given up on it, I will get there.

I'd have to be dosed up on valium to do it now. I'm just terrified of bends and oncoming traffic.

Nope! Been to the Grand Canyon and loved it. Did a hike down to a point over the river and it was amazing. I've found a three day trip doing whitewater rafting down the river so that's my next big adventure. Just need to find someone to fund me :p

That's something that you'll get used to! Find a nice driving instructor and they'll take it slowly with you and put you at ease. :)

I'd really love to go to japan but the thought of visiting a place so far flung may be better than the reality. I've done a bit of travelling and i'm always amazed how different things are abroad. Japan would be off the chain when it comes to cultural differences, morocco was something but japan, wow! I'd go if i had the loot though.

I even get a culture shock in england. It's so culturally diverse, we are just in our infancy as a multicultural society, england's had it decades.

If I ever drive I think I'll have to contact all my local radio stations to warn people I'm about to hit the road :D
