I was queuing in a shop yesterday and there was a girl late teens dressed provocatively in a mini skirt fishnets etc. two ahead of me in the queue. There was a creepy looking old guy directly behind her and I noticed he was taking photos on his phone of the girl. I didn't do or say anything. Do you think the girl should know that someone is taking photos or is it grand?

It's probably too late now. If you know the girl and decide to tell her now, she may be freaked out by the whole thing. Especially if you don't know who the creepy old guy is. I wouldnt too much like for some creepy dude to have my pics on his fone without my knowing it.

It might be considered slightly rude - but there is really no expectation that people won't take your picture when you go somewhere in public. Particularly in a way that attracts attention.

I was on a CIE bus once coming home from college. I was sitting on the back seats and the guy nearest to me was filming over the seat in front where a girl was lying down sleeping. After a while he began taking pictures and the phone made a camera click sound each time, real creepy sh1t.

Everyone sitting in the vicinity could see what he was doing but nobody said anything of course. I really probably should of.
