There was an ex-Bradford manager on SSN this morning talking about a similar situation. The end of the transfer window is always difficult for managers of selling clubs as they have to prepare as if he will still be there, right up until a deal is agreed. If he's off, they remove him and make the necessary changes to the team sheet and tactics, etc.
