allowances for 2nd teacher in 2 teacher school?

i was wondering if anyone can give me a bit more info,is the second teacher in a two teacher primary school considered deputy principal,is there any allowance for the second teacher ? thanks

Yes, there is an allowance,at present.

€3,769 before tax/pension etc.
