Does my dog have fits?

He's an black dog, about 6 or so and he's still as playful as ever, my mam buys him teddies and he goes wild on them. he gets a posh wash once a couple of months and he gets anti flea stuff but he keeps rolling around on his back and growling. Is he showing off? Is his back itchy?

Totally normal behaviour - one of mine does this on a nightly basis & sounds like a bear!
