Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Very strange, as Heinz now also do a mayonnaise which is far nicer than Hellmann's! (And in general mayonnaise would be my condiment of choice, hardly ever have ketchup).

    Heinz
Chef, from the fridge. Dipping roasting hot chips straight from the fryer into it

Like all ketchups really, so the cheapest is the best. Like each sauce better on different foods. I couldn't say I like chef more than heinz more than x as they are nicer on different foods.

Heinz all the way. Chef is far too vinegary, I'd rather go without it.

    Where's the option for none.

They are all sugary, 'E-numberful', GM, tomato flavoured syrup. And are all equally disgusting.

    /unpopular opinion
What's wrong with e numbers? And heinz do organic stuff, think it counts as one of your 5 a day.
Oh, and blenders is easily the worst!
I hate that blenders muck. I can't order anything with chips in a pub if all they have is poxy blenders on the table.

Heinz is the diarrhea of ketchup, big splatter of watery crap first.
    Rookie error, shake it first.

Any ketchup is better than no ketchup, so long as it's not Blenders.

    Whatevers there
So I'm the only freak who likes blenders?

    Heinz all day, every day!!

Chef is vinegar masked as red splodge!!

Dont you hate it when cafes or restaurants use cheap ketchup sachets where the sauce resembles melted plastic, gross. I class an establishment on its brand of Ketchup. If i see those shiny red sachets sticking out from amongst the Mayo(gross), vinegar etc then I know this place is good. Just look at BK ha ha!!

    Heinz for president!!

That actually makes perfect sense. If a pub/restaurant is prepared to use the cheapest product possible with no regard for taste and put in right in front of you, god knows what they're doing in the kitchens where you can't see.

can't understand people moaning about "watery" Heinz?

if you can't shake the bottle first then you don't deserve ketchup!

I'm pretty easy and like all ketchups, but if I had to choose one it would be Heinz.
More of a relish fan anyway, Branstons chilli & jalapeno relish is the B-omb

Dunnes own brand (not St. Bernards!) ketchup is fantastic from the fridge.

    Heinz
I prefer chef over heinz because it's a thicker ketchup, heinz in runny, i hate that

    Their Chilli ketchup is divine.

    Heinz
I much prefer Chef to Heinz, Heinz is too sweet- sure you could practically pour that stuff on your icecream and call it strawberry sauce. The best ketchup by far though has to be Levi Roots Reggae Reggae Ketchup, once I had that I couldn't go back to Chef or Heinz.

I voted Heinz but Chef can be nice on burgers and chunky chips. Can't believe people voted for Candee!
