And insanely unprofessional. I don't know how she gets away with some stuff. Probably cos it's a fairly light hearted show and not that well watched. She's truly awful though, no question

OMG Konnie Huq I'd forgotten about her, she was woeful God love her. But I have to say I love the charisma between Caroline and Olly, they're good together. Rylan would be great too though. We might see him next year.... Olly does be busy alot...

The worst the UK version has had. But incredibly, The X Factor US has dragged in a couple of presenters who have managed to cast even Huq in a good light. It's quite amazing.

If memory serves me right, she's made some right oral whoppers - saying insanely stupid things and at the wrong time.

I'd be very surprised if she is in the next series.

Holly was head and shoulders above everyone else! Professional, a great looker, and that nice level of intelligence. She seemed to put everyone at ease and got on with the job brilliantly

We've been blessed with Dermot especially when you see the disasters that have been on the US version. The two now make Olly and Caroline look world class.

Saying that I've always thought Kate Thornton was very underrated too. I liked her

I miss the "voting leaks" that were very predominant in the 2010 series (one d, Matt year). There used to be great drama on a sunday even before the results were announced

I don't remember Konnie being insulting, but she had no interest in the show. She looked so bored and uncomfortable. It was painful to watch.

Really? I have no recollection of Konnie having been insulting, only of her being so, so woefully bad.

Everytime I watch XF US I spend the entire show thinking "Those two really need to sit down and watch every episode of XF UK and watch Dermot get it so right".

Konnie was way out of her depth there's no question. No clue what Cowell was thinking but he's the same guy who hired people like Khloe Kardashian and Steve Jones and was highly considering Geri Halliwell to judge

I do remember one time with Konnie she asked the judges something along the lines of "which act is most likely to have no career after this". The judges responded kinds of shocked "YOU CAN'T ASK US THAT!"
