Why do they get praised as if they have solved 3rd world poverty, they sang a few songs like.

    It's all relative...

According to Digitalspy, Lucy was not there tonight as she did not want to perform a cheesy Christmas song.

Would she rather perform the critically acclaimed tequila song ad nauseum?

    she might get a shot

There was a rumour about Lucy so if that was true that could be the reason.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,604 ✭✭✭Meauldsegosha

Wouldn't be a fan of either of the winner's songs. If I had to choose one it would be James because I don't like Jahmemes style of singing. However I think Jahmeme will win tonight.

    What was the rumour?

Rumour was she got attacked, lots of stuff if you google it.
The sun published an article, which has been removed now.

So the winner will be releasing a song for Christmas? I thought they weren't doing that this year? What songs did they sing?

I'm out at the mo so missing it!

    Rihanna with clothes on????

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,954 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

Is Rihanna gonna be singing now?
I might be tempted to fire the remote through the telly.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,383 ✭✭✭emeraldstar

I seriously hope Jahmene doesn't win this – hearing him screeching his way through that winner's song over and over for the next few weeks will drive me round the bend.

I like her pixie hair cut she can pull it off well

Rihanna is unbelievably sh*t. Why does she have a new song out every other day? Is that really necessary?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,604 ✭✭✭Meauldsegosha

Short hair really suits her. Like this song too.

I like Rihanna but Emeli Sande has a nicer voice.

How fcuking cool is Rihanna? Have to say I love every song she puts out. She gets slack for her singing but I love her voice, it's so distinctive.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,453 ✭✭✭CH3OH

she can sing ( and not miming) and is stunning tonight!

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,963 ✭✭✭Meangadh

Undoubtedly an amazing talent. But I don't know what it is about her- I feel kind of sorry for her and yet at the same time find it hard to respect her with the whole Chris Brown thing.

Emily Sande has a real endearing quality I think.

Not huge into her music or anything, but it is very good. Just not what I generally listen to.

Say what you want about Rihanna, this is probably the best I've heard her live, she's usually sh*t. :p

It never ceases to amaze me how different people hear different sounds of the same performance.Jahmene's a nice guy, who's had a rough life, but I just don't rate his singing, too many bum notes and screechy trilling.Maybe with voice training now he will improve his gift.Good luck to him, but James is far more polished.

She's not a patch on Beyonce.
