Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Trying to unlock Chinese iPhone

    First time Jail-Breaker trying to unlock my friends phone. Problem is, it's Chinese.
    I don't care about anything else but unlocking.

    It's white, says 'iPhone' on the back. iOS 5.1
    Designed by Apple in California. Assembled in China
    Model: A1332

    I plug it in and it's displayed iTunes but not in c:/

    What iPhone is it. If its a 4 or 4s you can't unlock it at the moment

    It's 4. So I can't unlock it? :(

    Actually thats a model number not serial. It's a 4 and can't be unlocked now

    The 4 can be jailborken and unlocked but for IOS 5.1 its only tethered which is kinda useless. Also you have to have an old iphone with a preserved baseband for it to work.

    The easist way is to get your phone provider to request the unlock codes from apple and update through itunes.
