    How'd the NCT go?
    Passed.

Advised me to change my front left tyre at some point.

From the moment I got out of the car after leaving it in the queue, to the moment I got the keys back was over an hour. Was not a happy man. People were coming in after me and leaving before me.

My car got selected for NCT audit! Which basically meant it was checked twice!

I was in a bloody rush and all.

Checked twice? That a 4 year cert so? :D

    Good stuff. :)

    There's something Ferrari 612/Alfa 166 about it.

In other news, I was having a gawk on donedeal and came across this

    http://cars.donedeal.ie/for-sale/cars/3818985

Lovely petrol engine, smooth, quiet, comfortable and a relatively new reg plate all for less than €6k is just amazing value. It's hard to believe that road tax for the most part destroys this cars value.

Savage looking bus for literally pennies!

It's recommended you flush with water for about 15mins, diesel is rotten stuff, nothing girly about minding your eyes.

When I get a sore eye I get a used tea bag and put it in my eye. It seems to work. But thats just for dry eyes. Its best just to put cold water on it.

Lots and lots of optrex, felt very hard to get out. My eye feels a bit sore still though, just have to soldier on... :(

Anyone else who bought a car in the last few months notice how many passengers it says the car can take on the book? Got the one for the Xantia, says 3... Same nonsense with the 406, they took my book and sent me another corrected one

Cucumbers do nothing for dry eyes or if you get diesel in them.

If you lay Cucumbers over your eyes they will reduce puffiness and dark circles and make your eyes look brighter.

If you gently rub them over wrinkles and leave the juice on your face for 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water, they reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

But I only use teabags, as Like I said it helps with dry eyes.

As for the picture, Why the hell would I do that? Id say your easily amused. ;)

For the record, that is no excuse to not go to the meet ;)

I am currently sitting in the offices of the dealership. I'm kind of regretting going for a diesel now :( So many petrol cars here.

Sorry thats what I meant. Every other car I've got prior to this year has had number of seats equal to 4 or 5 depending on how the seats are designed. Whatever thay're doing they're making a balls of things with the VLC's!

The bench seats 3, so 3 seats plus 2 front seats equals 5. And unless you are some serious fat bastard you'll get more than 3 people into a 406. Same with the Xantia, seats 2 in the back and 2 in the front, equals 4

Quick question a 2002 mazda 6 sport 2.3GT a fairly reliable car? and would it be considered a sleeper type of car?

Yeah, dunno why they are counting the physical number of seats rather than the number of passengers the car can carry. Very weird, spotted it a few months back when the sister changed cars.

With 163bhp, it isn't exactly overly powerful.
